HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can contact customer service by filling out and submitting this form. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final, no refunds will be given. We will only accept returns for incorrect items shipped to you. To be eligible, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that all products are inspected thoroughly before shipping.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Processing time on all orders varies depending on stock/availability and can take up to two weeks. All shipping times are calculated after orders have been processed.

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE? 

We do our best to make sure all items listed on our website are in stock, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes will be reflected in your order total.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We process orders as soon as they are received, so we are unable to cancel, change, or add items to an order once it has processed.
